The lean business model creates a learning organization which is dynamic, customer centric and continuously improving. All businesses are in a symbiotic relationship that is three parts:

1. Customers: Who you serve with your products and services.
2. Employees: Your team and work family. These are the people that directly serve your customers.
3. Suppliers: Your business partners.

These three groups become your community. United, they become a powerful force that fosters engagement, loyalty and promotes business growth. As businesses work towards a win/win/win philosophy, supporting this community, they become stronger, and more resilient. These business will grow and thrive.
