A hundred numbered sheets that take one line per visit.

Each sheet carries eight printed columns — date, name, company or where they came from, who they are visiting, time in, time out, pass, and signature — with about thirty ruled lines under them. Two header fields at the top say which building, floor, or desk the sheet belongs to and what period it covers.

The columns are printed, so a visitor fills in only the line. Three tables at the back list the desks this book covers, the passes handed out and returned, and the people who come often. Two lined pages hold open items and notes.

110 pages. 8.5 x 11 inches. Cream paper. Undated, so it can be started at any time.

This book is a blank record-keeping tool. It is not an official or legal record, and a line written in it says that someone wrote it — not that anyone was let in, kept out, or is still in the building.
