The Operator Papers builds a physical theory one mechanism at a time. Each paper takes a single idea (a law, a wall, a threshold, the structure of a particle) and sets it out in the same form: an abstract, the mechanism in a paragraph, the statements that make it up quoted word for word from the canons, what those statements allow, rule out and leave open, and the papers it builds on and leads to.

Nothing is left implicit. Every statement carries its standing: declared at a stated price, derived, computed, established, held or open. You always know what the theory assumes and what it earns. Each paper prints its canon's fingerprint, and every quotation is checked against its source.

Fourteen parts build the chain in order:

• The Geometry of Information, staged and not yet sealed: information as entropy bounded by area, and predictions dated by the instruments that will test them.
